In a startling revelation, a warehouse was discovered in Puerto Rico that contained food, water, diapers, medicine and much needed supplies acquired after the Hurricane Maria disaster.
President Donald Trump received an enormous amount of backlash, in the United States, for stating that Puerto Rico was holding up relief efforts in the island.
Last May, Trump claimed Congress had given $91billion to Puerto Rico for Hurricanes Irma and Maria disaster relief, claiming it was more than any state in history.
This week Trump released a hold on $8billion in hurricane funds after pressure from Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, who ordered officials to ‘cease and desist that illegal activity’.
