2UrbanGirls has reached out to several prominent law firms regarding an attorney, who is representing the city of Inglewood, that leaked confidential information of an employee investigation.
Although Harris & Associates are legally allowed to share information with Louis “Skip” Miller, regarding an employment investigation into Melanie McDade, they are never allowed to reveal details publicly.
The legal minds stated McDade would be well within her rights to report Miller to the State Bar for leaking contents of the confidential investigation to smear her character. Miller has violated numerous privacy laws related to employee confidentiality.
McDade could have Miller disbarred for leaking her federally protected employee investigation.
Miller leaked the details of McDade’s investigation in retaliation of her changing nearly 150 answers of her testimony in a matter related to a fraud lawsuit between the owners of the Forum and the city of Inglewood, specifically a claim that Mayor James Butts tricked them out of their parking lease.
When you change answers in your deposition, you are usually correcting typos. To change nearly 150 answers is unheard of and in my professional opinion, demonstrates McDade perjured herself in her initial responses. If we were MSG we would have her deposed again.
Mayor Butts has already admitted to using a personal email account, to conduct city business. He and other members of council have also admitted, under penalty of perjury, that they have also destroyed documents to keep them out of the public eye.
In our opinion, Ms. McDade is saving herself from an eminent criminal indictment surrounding both civil and criminal conspiracy and grand theft which is why she hired Carl Douglas, a well-known criminal defense attorney.
McDade has the ability to take down a laundry list of conspirators with the mayor should she turn into a star witness for federal prosecutors.
It is also our belief that MSG will use the contents of their investigation and submit them straight to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for criminal prosecution.
Erick Holly, Chris Robert, Artie Fields, David Esparza, Sharon Koike, Maria Heaney, the entire Inglewood City Council and the Mayor himself could all feel the wrath of McDade’s “recollection” of events that she previously denied knowledge of.
Never forget this is the same Melanie McDade who took down the 100 Black Men of Los Angeles.
McDade is still on the city’s payroll and contemplating her next move.
