Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Chairman of Yankee Global Enterprises George Steinbrenner have formed a highly lucrative company called Legends Hospitality (LH). LH is responsible for securing naming rights and concession agreements for basketball arenas and football stadiums around the world.
Their latest project involved negotiating the naming rights and beverage licensing for the $5 billion dollar So Fi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. They have also solidified a partnership with Pechanga Casino that will see $100,000 donated to Morningside High School.
LH has also negotiated deals for Banc of California Stadium, University of Southern California (USC), Rose Bowl, Levi Stadium and of course AT&T and Yankee Stadiums.
The donation to Morningside High School will be announced today, however, Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD) insiders shared with 2UrbanGirls that they were not involved in the discussion and were only alerted to the donation last night.
This mimics a recent donation by the Los Angeles Chargers, to students at Bennett-Kew Elementary, also part of IUSD which published photos with no presence from district administrators or school board members.
