Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey soundly defeated her opponents George Gascon and Rachel Rossi, earning her a third term.

You’re right, Compton children would benefit from more involved parents.
“Spearheaded by the liaison of a Compton city councilwoman” regarding the school board election. You see, that is the problem here in Compton. Elected officials are clueless as to how to manage a city. They have no skills and no class and are busy doing everything EXCEPT what they should be doing. We are all emberassed by their performance and attitudes. Let us be smart and remove them all from office next election.
