  1. Why wouldn’t they be added? This shouldn’t have to be mentioned, but both men have done great things for black Americans.
Did you know Ronald Reagan narrates a 1945 film released by the U.S. Army Air Forces First Motion Picture Unit. It covers the history surrounding the formation of the Tuskegee Airmen.

President Reagan signed a bill to establish MLK a national holiday.
Only three people have a national holiday observed in their honor: Christopher Columbus, George Washington, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Regan appointed many blacks to political appointments and much more. Do your own inquiry. Heres a start. https://www.nationalreview.com/2007/11/reagan-no-racist-deroy-murdock/

Trump Signs Proclamation Honoring Martin Luther King. Beside appointing
Martin Luther King Jr.’s niece to federal planning commission he has also appointed many other blacks to office. Katrina Pierson was his National spokesperson. etc. Trump signs executive order on HBCUs, says schools will be a priority in his White House.

On a side note, President George W. Bush signs H. R. 3491, the National Museum of African-American History and Culture Act. The act authorized the creation of a Smithsonian Institution museum dedicated to the legacy of African Americans in America.

If color is all you see, you will be blind and deaf to what is good.
