Rams Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff said Monday a Super Bowl victory parade will be held Wednesday, although a time has not yet been determined. Demoff said the parade will originate from the Shrine Auditorium and end a relatively short distance away at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where a rally will be held in the peristyle-end plaza outside the stadium. LOS ANGELES – A 25-year-old man was critically wounded after a verbal argument led to a shooting in Koreatown, authorities said Monday. The shooting was reported at 10:40 p.m. Sunday at Sixth and Catalina streets, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center. The victim got into an argument with a male who produced a handgun and shot the victim before running away, the officer said. LOS ANGELES – A 13-year-old girl was wounded when she approached a vehicle that slowed down on a Lake View Terrace street and a male inside shot her, authorities said Monday. The shooting occurred about 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the 11700 block of Kagel Canyon Street, said a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center. The vehicle drove away from the scene following the shooting, he said. The girl was taken by paramedics to a hospital where she had fatal vital signs, the officer said.

LOS ANGELES – The driver of one vehicle was killed in a three- vehicle crash in South Los Angeles, authorities said Monday. The crash was reported at 5:27 a.m. Sunday on Vernon Avenue at Avalon Boulevard, said Officer Rosario Cervantes of the Los Angeles Police Department Media Relations Section. The driver was taken by paramedics to a hospital and pronounced dead, Cervantes said. The driver’s age, gender and name were not available as well as whether anyone else was injured in the crash.

LOS ANGELES – Adrian Peterson, former NFL MVP and current free agent was arrested Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport after an alleged domestic violence incident on board a jet. The incident prompted a departing flight to return to LAX, according to ABC7 News. About 8:30 a.m., Los Angeles Airport police responded to the plane that had left for Houston, the station reported. SANTA ANA – A 39-year-old man was shot to death in Santa Ana, authorities said Sunday. Officers were sent to a report of a shooting victim in the area of Maple and Pine streets at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday. They found Cesar Fierros Gonzalez suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body, the Santa Ana Police Department reported. LOS ANGELES – The number of COVID-positive hospital patients continues to plunge in Los Angeles County, declining by 125 people to 2,086, according to the latest state figures released Sunday. The number of those patients in intensive care was 439, down from 461 a day earlier. Hospitalizations had climbed to over 4,800 in mid-January at the height of the Omicron-fueled winter surge in cases. HERMOSA BEACH – The search for a swimmer reported missing off Hermosa Beach ended Sunday, authorities said. “No person found, nor a missing person report matching the description of the reported missing swimmer,” the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Lifeguard Division tweeted. LOS ANGELES – The coroner’s office Sunday released the name of a man gunned down in the south Los Angeles area. Alejandro Magana was 31-years-old, according to the coroner’s office. His city of residence was not available. The shooting was reported about 6:20 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of East 103rd Street, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported. LOS ANGELES – Rapper Kodak Black was identified as one of four people who were shot Saturday at an afterparty following a Justin Bieber concert on the outskirts of West Hollywood, according to multiple media reports.
