Greetings!  There have been a couple of minor developments in a few of the lawsuits filed by former Long Beach police officers.  With multiple allegations of discrimination and harassment, it appears a federal judge is siding with the officers.

According to the City of Long Beach website, they are the 2nd largest city in Los Angeles County.  With a police department of 800, Los Angeles County Sheriff candidate Jim McDonnell has served as the city’s Chief of Police since 2010.

U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu’s Louisiana residency lawsuit was dismissed today by a Baton Rouge state court judge.  State Rep. Paul Hollis, R-Covington filed the lawsuit stating that Landrieu lived in Washington D.C. and not Louisiana.
