According to her bio, Ms. Divine has represented:
- Harridge Development Group, assisting with land use and litigation issues related to the landmark Crossroads Hollywood project
- A developer in obtaining permits and entitlements for a 427-unit mixed-use project near Exposition Park in the City of Los Angeles
Residents in the immediate area came out in force to oppose digital billboards in the area, which resulted in the applicant, Hollywood Park Casino, pulling its application.
Will these developers meet the same community resistance? More importantly, WHO is the developer behind this project?
