LOS ANGELES – A man was shot to death Saturday in an unincorporated area of South Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at 82nd Place and Maie Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, sheriff’s officials said. A description of him was not made available.
Information about circumstances, suspects and motive was not immediately available.
Homicide detectives were conducting a crime scene investigation, searching for evidence and witnesses, officials said.
