WESTLAKE – Four people have been injured in a triple stabbing early Thursday morning.
Los Angeles Police Department officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to reports of multiple people being stabbed around 1:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, one victim was found at the intersection of 6th Street and Bonnie Brae, suffering from a severe laceration on the neck.
An additional victim was discovered in the 400 block of Bonnie Brae, appearing to have multiple wounds to his chest. Both of these victims were transported to local hospitals in serious condition.
While officers continued to investigate the incident, another victim was reportedly stabbed in the 300 block of Bonnie Brae. This individual was also transported in serious condition.
The fourth victim was reported at a liquor store located at 3rd Street and Bonnie Brae, but the victim was uncooperative and refused to engage with first responders.
A sergeant stated that there is no suspect description available, but mentioned the possibility of a “serial stabber” in the area, according to videographers on the scene.
