PALMDALE – A motorcyclist was hospitalized following a shooting in Palmdale, authorities said Tuesday.
Deputies responded to the 2200 block of East Avenue Q around 4:35 p.m. Monday to reports of shots fired from a vehicle at a motorcyclist, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Palmdale station.
The victim was taken to a hospital where he was listed with stable vital signs and injuries sustained to his lower body.
It was unclear what motivated the shooting and deputies continued investigating Tuesday afternoon.
