COMPTON – A man was shot to death in Compton Sunday afternoon.
Around 1:50 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to reports of a shooting in the 1700 block of North Long Beach Boulevard, near East Tucker Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victim, identified only as a Hispanic man, was pronounced dead at the scene by L.A. County Fire Department paramedics.
No suspect or motive information was immediately available.
