LOS ANGELES – The family of Francisco Gonzalez, 43, has established a GoFundMe fundraiser to assist the family after he was tragically killed the morning of Mar. 13.
“My name is Nataly. I’m opening this GoFundMe page for my sister Monica. These times are never easy, especially when they are so unexpected. Francisco Gonzalez passed away last night in a car accident. He was a beloved father, husband, son, and brother,” reads the fundraiser.
According to videographers at the scene, Gonzalez was driving in the 500 block of Cesar Chavez Ave. when he lost control of his car and crashed into a concrete pillar around 1:20 a.m.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies were following behind the vehicle when the crash occurred and rendered aid until paramedics arrived and pronounced him deceased at the scene.
