LANCASTER – Authorities were investigating the death of a man in Lancaster Wednesday after he was found unresponsive and later died at a hospital.
Homicide deputies responded to the 1800 block of West Avenue I around 8:13 a.m. to reports of a death, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Sheriff’s officials have not released details about the events leading to his death but said homicide detectives were investigating.
No suspect information was immediately available.
