LANCASTER – The drivers of two cars were hospitalized in critical condition Saturday after they crashed head-on on a two-lane Lancaster road.
The crash occurred about 2:15 p.m. Saturday at 60th Street West and Avenue G, according to Sgt. Richard Leon of the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station.
Both drivers were in critical condition, Leon said. One was in surgery and the other was stabilized. There were no descriptions of the people available.
Video from the scene showed wreckage of one car off one side of the road and wreckage from the other car off the opposite side of the road, which was littered with debris.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
