POMONA – Pomona detectives continued to investigate the stabbing death of a man who was publicly identified Friday.
Officers responded at around 8 a.m. Wednesday to the 2800 block of Pomona Boulevard, where they found 40-year-old Armando Salinas with stab wounds, according to Pomona police Sgt. Blake Jensen and the county Medical Examiner’s office.
He died at the scene from sharp force injuries, the Medical Examiner’s office said.
The motive remained unknown, and no suspects were identified.
