MISSION HILLS – Police Thursday are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash in Mission Hills.
About 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, A black Chevrolet truck was westbound on Rinaldi Street near Sepulveda Boulevard when it struck a man crossing outside a marked crosswalk, according to an LAPD news statement. The truck continued westbound on Rinaldi.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. He was described as 30 to 40 years old.
A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the suspect’s identification, arrest, and conviction.
