Prosecutors have released a superseding indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs that adds new victims and kidnapping allegations.
While the charges remain the same, the new filing extends the alleged racketeering conspiracy to 20 years, adds multiple new victims, and introduces kidnapping allegations and new claims of arson, according to court documents filed on Jan. 30 in Southern District Court of New York.
The new charges expand the timeline of the mogul’s alleged crimes, claiming his criminal activities spanned from 2004 through 2024.
The new charges allege his billion-dollar enterprise was built on crime and they are seeking to seize any and all assets Diddy earned or owned from 2004 through 2024.
Mr. Combs attorney Marc Agnifilo has released the following statement on the new developments.
“The latest Indictment contains no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all, but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
