LOS ANGELES – A man was wounded in an argument with multiple suspects in a gang-related shooting in the Wilmington area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The shooting believed to be gang-related, occurred around 9 p.m. Sunday at East E Street and Avalon Boulevard, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
The victim was walking in the area when the suspects approached on foot and got into an argument. The victim was taken to a hospital by ambulance with stable vital signs, the spokesman said.
