- Most of the demand for apartments in Los Angeles comes from locals, mostly East Los Angeles, Inglewood, CA, and even New York City.
- The West claims six cities in the top 30, with Los Angeles leading at #10, followed by Spokane, WA (#13) and Reno, NV (#10).
