ENCINO – A man was taken into police custody after allegedly threatening to kill a Metro bus driver Tuesday night.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responding to an emergency call from a Metro bus around 10:21 p.m.
The incident unfolded on the bus as it traveled along Ventura Boulevard when a 911 caller reported an armed man threatening to kill the driver with a gun.
LAPD officers located the bus which was displaying a message asking the public to call 911.
One man was handcuffed and taken into custody from the bus parked on Ventura Boulevard, west of Balboa Boulevard.
No injuries were reported.
