KOREATOWN – Police Wednesday are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman who was found in Koreatown and a possible connection with an earlier shooting in Mid-Wilshire.
A 50-year-old man walked into the 77th Division Station of the Los Angeles Police Department around 10:24 p.m. Tuesday and told police there was a woman who was dead at 801 S. Berendo St., according to an LAPD spokesman.
Officers went to the scene and found the woman, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, inside an SUV, NBC 4 reported.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel were called and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
