VAN NUYS – A woman was killed Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Van Nuys involving a black Ford F-150 pickup truck and an unknown vehicle.
The crash occurred at about 5:20 a.m. on the northbound freeway at Sherman Way, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Carolina Hernandez Garcia, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Medical Examiner’s office.
