LOS ANGELES – A woman was found dead Sunday morning inside a vehicle in Leimert Park and a male suspect was last seen fleeing the area on foot, authorities said.
The victim was found at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday inside a black sedan in the 3900 block of Third Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The cause of the person’s death was not immediately known, and the victim’s gender was not released. A man wearing a white shirt was seen running from the scene, according to police.
