LOS ANGELES – Local authorities responded to a street takeover early Tuesday morning near USC.
The street takeover was reported around 3:00 a.m. with Los Angeles Police Department officers with the Southwest Division responding.
Several onlookers could be seen vandalizing a disabled vehicle during the takeover.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the scene to extinguish flames from a disabled vehicle set on fire.
No arrests were reported.
