LONG BEACH – A man was stabbed during a fight in Long Beach Saturday and took himself to a hospital, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched to that hospital at about 3:45 a.m. regarding a stabbing victim, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
An investigation revealed that the victim was near the 1900 block of Myrtle Avenue when a fight occurred and he was stabbed in the lower body.
The injury was considered non-life-threatening.
Officers were unable to locate a crime scene, and no further information was immediately available.
