LOS ANGELES – A driver was hospitalized after being hit by a Metro train near USC late Sunday night.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded to the intersection of Flower and 27th Streets for reports of a vehicle that had been struck by a Metro train around 11:50 p.m.
When crews arrived on the scene, they located a vehicle wedged between a wall and the tracks.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital by LAFD with unknown injuries.
No one on the train was injured.
