NORTH HOLLYWOOD – A 55-year-old man fatally shot inside an apartment building in North Hollywood was identified Wednesday by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Officers responded to the 5600 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, near Burbank Boulevard, around 9:30 p.m. Monday to a report of shots fired, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Officers discovered a man with a gunshot wound, police said.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
He was later identified by the medical examiner as Luis Rosales Ramos.
