HAWAIIAN GARDENS – A man believed in his 30s was shot in the head Monday morning in Hawaiian Gardens.
The shooting occurred about 12:40 a.m. in front of a liquor store in the 12100 block of Centralia Street, according to Lt. Oscar Butao of the Lakewood Sheriff’s Station.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics treated the victim at the scene and took him to Long Beach Memorial Hospital, Butao said. His condition was not available.
Suspect information was also not available, he said.
