INGLEWOOD – There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Tuesday (May 21) evening’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing to $453 million.
There were two tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the Mega number in California and Louisiana, lottery officials announced.
The ticket sold in California is worth $943,692 and was sold at Asia Gift in the 700 block of W. Garvey Ave. in Monterrey Park.
The ticket sold in Louisiana is worth $2 million because the winner played the Megaplier option.
The numbers drawn Tuesday were 2, 5, 8, 28, 69 and the Mega number was 14.
The Mega Millions game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands.
