ANAHEIM – Police in Anaheim Saturday were investigating the death of a 38-year-old man who was shot and killed in a liquor store parking lot.
The victim was found around 7 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of South Anaheim Boulevard, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
The victim, identified as Jesse Barragan, was found unresponsive in a liquor store parking lot. He was suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities believe the shooting was gang-related, but no suspect description has been released.
