PALMDALE – Authorities have identified a man who was found dead near an elementary school in Palmdale on May 10.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a call of a unresponsive man in the 2900 block of Greenbrier Street around 6:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, the man’s body was discovered near Anaverde Hills School suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Andre Stuart, 28, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, which listed his cause of death as “gunshot wound to the head”.
