LOS ANGELES – A pedestrian was killed by a hit-and-run driver on the Sixth Street Bridge early Saturday morning.
Los Angeles Police Department officers with Hollenbeck Division to reports of a pedestrian injured by a driver around 2:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, they located the victim unresponsive.
The victim was pronounced deceased by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics who arrived at the scene.
The vehicle that struck the victim fled the scene.
A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the suspect’s identification, arrest, and conviction.
