INGLEWOOD – There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Wednesday (Apr. 3) evening’s drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Saturday’s drawing to over $1.23 billion.
There were nine tickets matching five numbers sold in California (2), Georgia, Massachusetts (2), Maryland, New Jersey, South Carolina. and Washington and are worth $1 million each.
The tickets sold in California are worth $1,622,808 each.
One was sold at store in Oxnard in the 1000 block of Harbor Blvd. and the other was sold at an Albertsons in the 200 block of East Bonita Ave.
The numbers drawn in Wednesday evening’s Powerball lottery were 11, 38, 41, 62, 65 and the Powerball number is 15.
The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
