INGLEWOOD – There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Monday (Apr. 1) evening’s drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing to over $1 billion.
There were six tickets matching five numbers sold in Florida, Maryland (2), Minnesota, North Carolina, and Virginia and are worth $1 million each.
The numbers drawn in Monday evening’s Powerball lottery were 19, 24, 40, 42, 56 and the Powerball number is 23.
The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
