LOS ANGELES – There were no tickets sold matching all six numbers in Friday’s (March 22) drawing of the Mega Millions lottery, according to officials.
There were six tickets sold matching five numbers in California, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, Texas and Virginia and they are worth $1 million each.
The player in Virginia played the Megaplier and that ticket is worth $2 million.
The ticket sold in California is worth $736,435 and was sold at a Shell gas station in Banning.
The numbers in Friday evening’s draw are 3, 8, 31, 35, 44 and the Mega number is 16.
The next drawing is Tuesday with an estimated jackpot of $1.1 billion.
