THOUSAND OAKS (2UurbanGirls) – A woman was found dead outside an apartment complex Sunday morning, according to authorities.
Ventura County Sheriff deputies responded to the Bella Vista Apartments located at 2011 Los Feliz Dr for reports of a female down in the parking lot.
A passersby reported the female was bleeding from the mouth and nose.
Arriving deputies reported the victim was blue and also located chunks of hair scattered around the scene.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her identity is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
VCSO deputies have cordoned off the area and homicide detectives are responding to the scene.
