WEST COVINA – A store clerk has died from their injuries after being shot during a robbery Sunday night.
West Covina police officers responded to a call about 8:30 p.m. to calls about a shooting in the 1400 block of west Puente Ave. at Sunset Ave.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening wounds. They were pronounced dead at the hospital. Their identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
There is no suspect description at this time.
