1960s medical office building will become housing

More than one year after we last dropped by, progress slowly continues for the conversion of a 1960s Inglewood medical office building into housing.,
The project from Hillcrest Ventures, LLC, an entity managed by Calabasas-based developer Hilldale Group, LLC and Forbix Financial, is adapting the frame of a six-story structure located at 336 E. Hilldale Avenue.
Plans call for 65 apartments on the upper floors of the building, while retaining existing podium parking and ground-floor commercial uses.
