RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Multiple people were injured after being involved in a crash with a car fleeing California Highway Patrol Tuesday morning.
CHP officers were in pursuit of a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed around 12:00 p.m. on Van Buren Blvd. near Jurupa Ave. when the suspect lost control of the car and crashed into two vehicles.
Two people were transported to local hospitals in unknown condition.
The suspect was taken into custody.
