Inglewood Unified School District has notified parents and staff at LaTijera that the principal, Mr. Tilley, will be leaving the district. He has reportedly been hired by Los Angeles Unified School District.
What they haven’t shared with us is that a teacher was recently assaulted on campus and that the woman who assaulted her threatened to return and shoot up the campus.
Students are also being lost and found to be wandering off campus because of the lack of security.
The school police department is all but non-existent. Inglewood Police Department is responding to calls here.
I am sharing this with you because I am concerned about everyone’s safety on that campus.
