Clippers guard Terance Mann held a backpack giveaway in Inglewood through his Terance Mann Complete Player Foundation on Sept. 9.
The giveaway was held at Inglewood’s Rogers Park on Sept. 9. and was co-sponsored by The Hoop Bus, In the Zone, BallisLife and Skechers.
During the event, Mann played a game of five on five with attendees and gave away backpacks and other goodies during the three-hour program.
Daynia La-Force, Mann’s mother and the Executive Director of his foundation, spoke about this on Saturday, saying, “We chose the community of Inglewood, because we know the Intuit Dome is going to be here pretty soon, and we wanted to make sure we continued to help the Clippers with the community engagement, and getting the people of Inglewood very excited about the Clippers being a part of their community.”
