INGLEWOOD, Calif. – A man was found unresponsive inside a stalled sedan on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Inglewood and pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said Monday.
A witness told the California Highway Patrol at 10:19 p.m Sunday that a white Toyota sedan was stalled in the HOV lane of the southbound San Diego Freeway at Manchester Boulevard.
Officers at the scene reported the woman was removed from the car by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics, who attempted CPR but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
There was no indication of a collision prior to the man’s death.
