LOS ANGELES – A 40-year-old man sitting in a car in Boyle Heights was shot and killed Wednesday evening.
Los Angeles Police Department officers were called at 7:49 p.m. to the 3100 block of Wynwood Lane and South Fresno Street where they learned the victim was sitting in a car when the suspects drove up to him and shot at him several times, according to LAPD Officer Matthew Cruz.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspects drove away from the scene after the shooting.
There was no suspect or vehicle description.
