BURBANK, Calif. – A 30-year-old man who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Burbank was identified Tuesday by county authorities.
The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office identified the victim as Mario Liborio Aguilar. His city of residency was not immediately known.
The crash occurred at about 3:05 a.m. Saturday on the northbound freeway, east of Burbank Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash involved at least four vehicles, the CHP said.
According to the coroner’s office, Aguilar died from multiple blunt traumatic injuries.
