ROWLAND HEIGHTS, Calif. – A man killed in a solo vehicle crash that left the car overturned on the Orange (57) Freeway in Rowland Heights was identified Wednesday by the coroner’s office as 80-year-old Rufino Recinos.
The crash occurred around 1:25 p.m. Monday just north of Brea Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Recinos was pronounced died at the scene, according to coroner records.
