AZUSA, Calif. – One person was killed Saturday evening when a vehicle overturned in the Angeles National Forest north of Azusa.
The crash was reported at 8:47 p.m. on East Fork Road, east of the Shoemaker Canyon Road junction, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene, CHP Officer Stephan Brandt told City News Service. The person’s age and gender were not available.
Witnesses reported moderate rain in the area at the time of the crash, Brandt said.
