FARMINGTON, NM (TMX) – Three people were killed and multiple others injured, including two police officers, in a shooting in Farmington, New Mexico, police said.
A video shared by Larry Jacquez shows a heavy emergency response in Farmington Monday.

The Farmington Police Department said it responded to an active shooter along with the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office and the New Mexico State Police.
“One suspect was confronted and killed on scene. The suspect’s identity is unknown and there are no other known threats at this time,” Farmington Police said.
Two officers were shot, one from the Farmington Police Department and one from New Mexico State Police. Both were transported to San Juan Regional Medical Center and were in stable condition, police said.
In an update shortly before 2 p.m., Farmington police said all lockdowns in the area were lifted.
