LOS ANGELES – One man was arrested after allegedly stabbing another man during a fight in the Exposition Park area, authorities said Thursday.
Los Angeles Police officers were called at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday to Western Avenue and Exposition Boulevard where witnesses told them the men had been arguing on a nearby Metro E Line and after they got off the train the argument continued, according to LAPD Lt. Letisia Ruiz.
At some point the dispute escalated and the suspect stabbed the victim, Ruiz said.
Officers arrested the suspect at the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital.
