LOS ANGELES- A 30-year-old man was shot and killed Monday evening in South Los Angeles.
Police responded at approximately 9:16 p.m. to the 9000 block of South Manhattan Place, near Western Avenue, regarding a shots fired call where they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Melissa Podany.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
There was no suspect description.
The man’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
